Be A Guest on the Show!

Thank you your interest in the Let's Talk with RhondaKay Show.  We are constantly looking for those who would make a great contribution to the show.  Each show is created with a specific goal in mind.

Below listed is some important information concerning policies of the Let's Talk with RhondaKay Show.  Please take some time to review the following information and if you have any questions, contact us and we will be delighted to serve you.

  OUR POLICY:

Let's Talk Productions produces a positive, informational/educational show with emphasis on the positive.  We pride ourselves on producing quality programming suitable for all audiences and being of benefit to the community.  While we provide informative, thought-provoking material for our viewers, it is never our intent to slander or bad mouth any professional individual or business entity, neither do we promote or endorse any particular product or business on the DCTV (Dallas Community Cable Television - now iMedia) show.

1 - Let’s Talk Productions programming now allows commercial advertising of products or services.

2 - Any information provided must be delivered in a positive manner.

3 - When answering questions please keep in mind that the show is limited to a specific time.  In order for the show to flow smoothly and professionally, all questions, comments, and answers relating to the show will follow the pre-outlined script with as few deviations as possible.

4 - Special permission is required before hand if anything outside of what is previously outlined for the show is to be said on air. (Ex: No Shout-outs)

5 - All participants must use language that is proper and suitable for all audiences.

6 - Let’s Talk Productions does not infringe on the copyrights of other material; i.e. music, original written works, etc.  Guests must have original work or a signed Release granting permission to use.

7 - Guests must be willing to actually “share” knowledge that is truly helpful to the audience: i.e. the guest is asked, “How do you attract most of your business?”  It must not be a vague answer such as “I worked really hard pounding the pavement . . .” We want the viewer to leave the show with something tangible they can say they learned as a result of the guest sharing knowledge.

8 - Any ideas presented for submission should be clearly defined as this is how we will determine if the material can be used.

PROPOSAL IDEAS

While we cannot accept every proposal, if your show proposal/idea is selected, you will be sent an invitation, which includes the interview questions.  This will allow for time to prepare for the interview.  Proposals or ideas should be sent by email and will be reviewed by the Program Director for selection.
